Other than the West Ham link I don't get the appeal of Billic to do the job the club needs done?
If the club were in good shape off the field with a proven structure in place I would see the appointment as less of risk and maybe Billic is worth a punt but we are not.
We need a manager who knows from day one how to get results in the Premier League whilst allowing a team to evolve with both Moyes and Benitez I see them doing a much better job than Billic.
My big worry is that we don't get off to a good start and with the move multiplying the focus on us that the pressure on the manager will be enormous that I just think an appointment like Bilic will add to it.
